BADGER’S OPINION

One of the highest standards of living in Europe due partly to its political neutrality (it has to be due to its three separate communities – French/German/Italian). Meticulous efficiency means everything works like the proverbial cuckoo clock. Mainly mountainous with some wonderful biking roads – if not a little daunting. Very expensive. Austria often seen as a cheaper alternative.
